Roslyn SD Water Tower Comes Down

November 16th, 2010
Roslyn's old water tower, built in 1941, came down Nov. 9, according to the Reporter and Farmer.

The tower has been replaced with a new tower as part of a $2.3 million sewer and water project. Town board president Gary Knebel said the project replaced about 75 percent of the sewer lines and all of the water lines that were installed back in the 1930s and 1940s.

Helms and Associates were the engineers for the new project.
