My name is Tim Bormann; I have been the Mayor of the City of Faulkton for 8 years. During that time I have had the privilege of working with Helms and Associates.

Helms and Associates have been providing engineering services for the City of Faulkton for over 25 years. They have worked for the City on various airport, street, water, and sewer projects. Historically, Helms and Associates have taken the time to listen to both the City and our Public Works Supervisor in preparing proposed plans for major projects. They have also been instrumental in assisting the City to secure, funding for major projects including the expansion of our Faulkton Municipal Airport and the $3.7 million water project.

Helms and Associates have always been available and willing to attend meetings and keep the City Council and myself as informed and involved as possible. The knowledge and reputation of Helms and Associates has been a benefit to the City throughout the course of our relationship.
