Civil site work includes the Avera Imaging Center Entrance and parking lot improvements. Work includes removal of concrete pavment/sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt surfacing, and existing concrete stairs. Developed area shall include retaining wall, handrailing, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, asphalt surfacing, and pavement markings.
