Project consisted of concrete replacement for street access on the campus of Northern State University.

This project consisted of road reconstruction of 11th St., 2nd Ave, and Prairie View Ave. as well as drainage improvements on Bloomendaal Dr. This project also consisted of storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and other appurtenances.
