My name is Ron Blachford. I am currently serving as Mayor for the City of Miller. I served on the city council for several years prior to obtaining my position as Mayor.

Helms and Associates has provided engineering services for our airport for several years. We've just completed a $3 million dollar runway replacement project at our municipal airport. Helms and Associates did all of the engineering before and during the project from start to finish. This project progressed very well.

In addition to their services on our runway, Helms and Associates continues to be very helpful in assisting us with making future plans for our airport and planning for the usage of our AIP funds.

I cannot say enough good things about Helms and Associates. We have an excellent working relationship. They keep us informed and are willing to attend city council meetings and to look at the projects. I feel any community will save money and have the best airport possible with Helms and Associates as their engineering firm.
